KetoU Pizza Rolls

 g KetoCal Dough (User-Added*)
 g Tomato paste - canned
 g Cream Cheese, Philadelphia Brand
 g Cheese, Parmesan Hard
 g Oil, Canola


Preheat oven to 350 F.
1. Make and weigh out KetoCal dough (find recipe in MyKetoPlanner).
2. Divide dough into 4 pieces (10 grams each)
3. Roll out each piece of dough into circle between sheets of parchment paper.
4. Make filling: mix cream cheese, oil, parmesan cheese and dried herbs together
5. Divide filling between the rolled out pieces of dough.
6. Top filling with other 2 pieces of dough. Pinch edges to seal.
7. Make sure to press any cracks.
8. Poke tops of dough with a fork to release moisture.
9. Bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven.
10. Cool before serving.
Makes 2 pizza rolls or 2 raviolis.
