Coconut cream chia seed pudding 2.5:1

Ingredients:
 g Coconut Milk Orig unswtnd 1/2gallon - TraderJoes
 ml Formula: KetoCal 2.5:1 LQ (measure in mL) Nutricia
 g Creme fraiche - Alouette
 g Chia seeds - Nutiva
 g Oil emulsion - Liquigen (MCT) - Nutricia

Directions:

1. Beat the creme fraiche with KetoCal 2.5:1 with a whisk. 
2. Add Liquigen and the coconut milk, continue to beat with the whisk until the preparation is smooth. 
3. Add the chia seeds and mix with the whisk. 
4. Pour into a sealable container in the fridge. Stir the preparation regularly every hour for 3-4 hours. Let it sit overnight or at least 6 hours in the refrigerator. 
5. Enjoy the chia pudding the next morning for breakfast or as a snack.
