Ingredients:
 g Coconut, dried, shredded - unsweetened
 g Formula: KetoCal 4:1 powder - Nutricia
 g Flaxseed Meal (whole ground flax seed)
 g Almond Butter-RAW Crunchy or Creamy-TrdJoes
 g Chia seeds - whole
 g Oil, Coconut - unrefined (regular or organic)
 g Lily's chocolate chip (User-Added*)

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients together. and divide into 5 servings.
  2. Place dough into mini cupcake holders, preferably silicone.
  3. Refrigerate 
  4. Makes 5-100 calorie snacks.
