Chef Rachel's Ham & Cheese Quiche- MAD Recipe

 g Cheese, Kraft Cheddar (mild,medium,sharp)
 g Ham, Oscar Meyer Naturals Smoked Ham
 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
 g Cream Cheese, Philadelphia Brand
 ml Water
 g Formula: KetoCal powder 3:1 Nutricia NA
 g Oil, Canola



3 Tbsp. (16.3 g) KetoCal powder 3:1 Nutricia NA 
2 tsp. (4.7 g) Cheese, Kraft Cheddar (mild,medium,sharp) 
1 tsp. (about 5 g) Ham, Oscar Meyer Naturals Smoked Ham, finely chopped
1 tsp. (4.8 g) Cream Cheese, Philadelphia Brand 
2 tsp. (9.3 g) Oil, Canola 
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. (20 g) Egg (raw, mixed well) 
20 mL Water


  1. Preheat the oven to 325 °F.
  2. Beat the eggs, mix in KetoCal 3:1, water and oil and cream cheese.
  3. Chop up the ham and shred cheese and stir into egg mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake at 325°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
