KetoCal® Cauliflower & Cheese für Marie

Ingredients:
g Formula: KetoCal powder 3:1 Nutricia NA
g Cauliflower, raw
g Cheese, Kraft Cheddar (mild,medium,sharp)
g Oil, Olive
ml Water
Directions:
Base:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F
- Boil the cauliflower for 5 minutes, strain, and then place the cauliflower into an ovenproof dish.
To make the cheese sauce:
- Place the oil, cream, Ketocal, ½ the cheese and water into a small pan
- Stir on the heat until the cheese has melted but do not boil
- Cover the cauliflower with the cheese sauce and sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top
- Cook in the oven for 6 minutes at 325°F
