KetoCal® Cauliflower & Cheese für Marie

Description: This recipe is for patients following a 3:1 ketogenic diet. The ketogenic diet should only be used under close medical supervision. Always check with your health care professional to ensure that a recipe is appropriate.

Ingredients:
 g Formula: KetoCal powder 3:1 Nutricia NA
 g Cauliflower, raw
 g Cheese, Kraft Cheddar (mild,medium,sharp)
 g Oil, Olive
 ml Water

Directions:

Base:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F
  2. Boil the cauliflower for 5 minutes, strain, and then place the cauliflower into an ovenproof dish.

To make the cheese sauce:

  1. Place the oil, cream, Ketocal, ½ the cheese and water into a small pan
  2. Stir on the heat until the cheese has melted but do not boil
  3. Cover the cauliflower with the cheese sauce and sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top
  4. Cook in the oven for 6 minutes at 325°F
