Ingredients:
g Formula: KetoCal 4:1 LQ (measure in mL) Nutricia
g Oil, Olive
g Peppers, green - raw
g Bouillon, Wylers Instant-Beef/Chick granules
g Tomato puree, Contadina canned
g 10%Fruit
g Garlic paste - Amore
g Onions, spring or scallions (tops and bulb) - raw
ml Water
Directions:
- Place spring onions, peppers, garlic, tomato puree and oil into a pan and sweat for 4 minutes
- Heat water until warm and then dissolve the stock cube, then add to the pan
- Add canned tomatoes to the vegetables in the pan, and simmer for 10 minutes
- Add KetoCal (unflavored) to the soup. Heat for a further minute.
- Blend soup using a blender until smooth
