KetoU Crab Rangoons Recipe

Description: Filling the KetoCal dough with cream cheese flavored with soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions makes a tasty and keto-friendly version of the crab rangoons that the family is having! If a dipping sauce is needed, mix the calculated amount of low sugar ketchup (4 grams) with apple cider vinegar (2 grams). Be sure to add these foods into the recipe to meet your needed ratio.
Makes 4 crab rangoons

 g KetoCal Dough (User-Added*)
 g Cream Cheese, Philadelphia Brand
 g Soy sauce, Kikkoman Naturally Brewed
 g Onions - Green, tops only
 g Spice: garlic powder (User-Added*)
 g Oil, Sesame


  • Make and weigh KetoCal 2:1 dough (find recipe in MyKetoPlanner)
  • Divide the dough into four 10 gram pieces and roll each piece between parchment paper into a small square
  • Mix cream cheese, soy sauce, green onion, garlic, and sesame oil together to make the filling
  • Divide the filling among the squares, in the middle of the squares.  
  • Pinch the 4 sides of the squares over the filling
  • Bake on parchment-lined tray for 10 minutes at 350 º F
