Remi's Keto Bread

Description: Remi's Paleo Bread.  Makes 18 servings to achieve 69 kc per slice.  

Ingredients:
 g Almond Flour (User-Added*)
 g coconut flour
 g Baking Powder - Calumet (Kraft)
 g Oil, Coconut - unrefined (regular or organic)
 g Egg White - raw
 g Flaxseed Meal (whole ground flax seed)

Directions:

Add water if needed until consistency is achieved. 


Mix all dry ingredients.  


Whip egg whites until stiff peaks.
Add 1/2 of the egg whites to the dry in a cuisinart.  Then fold the batter into remaining.
