KetoU Fries

Description: These really do taste like french fries.  Using the KetoCal Dough batch recipe (find in MyKetoPlanner) shape the dough into an oval (potato shape) and cut into strips.  Fry in oil until golden brown and enjoy with keto ketchup (sugar-free ketchup and oil mixed together).

Ingredients:
 g KetoCal Dough (User-Added*)
 g Ketchup, no added sugar, Heinz (User-Added*)
 g Oil, Canola

Directions:


Make KetoCal Dough according to batch recipe (find recipe in MyKetoPlanner.com).
• Weigh out ingredients
• Mix ketchup with oil, and set aside.
• Shape KetoCal dough into an oval shape.
• Using a sharp knife, cut into ¼ inch slices, then lay slices flat and cut into strips to resemble french fries.
• Heat a small amount of additional oil and fry the
dough pieces until golden brown, then remove from heat and allow to cool. 
(KetoCal dough does not absorb enough oil to change the ratio). 
• Serve with ketchup/oil mixture.
