KetoCal Dough

Description: This a batch recipe of a versatile dough that can be used for many dishes.  To shape, make sure dough is well chilled and roll between sheets of parchment paper.

Ingredients:
 g Formula: KetoCal powder 3:1 Nutricia NA
 g Almond Flour, Super Fine (User-Added*)
 g xanthan gum (User-Added*)
 g Salt (1/4 teaspoon = 1.5gm)
 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
 g Oil, Canola
 ml Water
 g Spice: garlic powder (User-Added*)
 g Spice: Onion powder (User-Added*)

Directions:

DIRECTIONS:
• Weigh all ingredients separately.
• Combine all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
• Add egg, oil and water to dry ingredients.
• Mix well until a dough is formed.
• Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. 
• Remove from refrigerator and use in calculated amounts.
Chilling the dough is a crucial step for rolling and holding the final shaping.
