Hot chocolate 2.5:1

Description: Delicious hot chocolate in a 2.5:1 ratio

Ingredients:
 g Cream, Shelf Stable Whipping Crm - Trader Joes
 g Lily's chocolate chip (User-Added*)
 g Oil emulsion - Liquigen (MCT) - Nutricia
 ml Formula: KetoCal 2.5:1 LQ (measure in mL) Nutricia

Directions:

1. Slowly heat the chocolate chips over low to medium heat with 70 mL of KetoCal 2.5:1 (reserve 5 mL on the side) and Liquigen. Stir with a whisk until the chocolate chips have melted.  
2. Whip the cream (with an electric mixer – hand-held or stand mixer with whisk attachment). 
3. When you have whipped cream, add 5 mL of KetoCal 2.5:1 and continue mixing for the last 5 seconds. It will give a vanilla taste to the whipped cream. 
4. Pour the hot chocolate in a cup. Add the whipped cream on top. 
5. Optional: Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
