If you are a chia fan, you will LOVE this easy and tasty 4:1 chia pudding recipe. Makes 2 servings. Optional: Add your favorite low-carb toppings such as coconut flakes, nuts, berries, etc.
Ingredients:
ml Formula: KetoCal 4:1 LQ (measure in mL) Nutricia
g Chia seeds - whole
g Oil, Coconut - unrefined (regular or organic)
Directions:
In a bowl or mason jar, mix 1 carton of KetoCal LQ Vanilla (237 mL) with 36 grams of chia seeds. Mix well to break up any clumps of chia seeds. Store in the refrigerator overnight to thicken. Prior to eating, mix in 25 grams of very soft or liquid coconut oil (if using coconut oil that is hardened, warm slightly to soften before adding to chia pudding to ensure that it mixes completely). Makes 2 servings. Optional: Add your favorite low-carb toppings such as coconut flakes, nuts, berries, etc.
