Description:
Adapted from the classic salmon dip, place on top of cucumbers and pop it into your mouth.
Ingredients:
g Fish, Salmon, chinook - smoked (lox)
g Cream Cheese, Philadelphia Brand
g Onions, spring or scallions (tops and bulb) - raw
g Formula: KetoCal powder 3:1 Nutricia NA
g Cucumber, raw, with peel
g Butter
Directions:
- Weigh ingredients.
- Mix salmon, butter, cream cheese, scallions, ketoCal 3:1 together.
- Add garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate.
- Divide among cucumber slices.
- Make 5 servings.
