Description: Adapted from the classic salmon dip, place on top of cucumbers and pop it into your mouth.

Ingredients:
 g Fish, Salmon, chinook - smoked (lox)
 g Cream Cheese, Philadelphia Brand
 g Onions, spring or scallions (tops and bulb) - raw
 g Formula: KetoCal powder 3:1 Nutricia NA
 g Cucumber, raw, with peel

Directions:

  1. Weigh ingredients.
  2. Mix salmon, cream cheese, scallions, ketoCal 3:1 together.
  3. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Refrigerate.
  5. Divide among cucumber slices.
  6. Make 3 servings.
