At a 5:1 ratio, this fat bomb recipe is a tasty way to add some extra fat to your diet.

Ingredients:
 g Cream Cheese, Philadelphia Brand
 g Oil emulsion - Liquigen (MCT) - Nutricia
 g Formula: KetoCal 4:1 powder - Nutricia
 g Nuts, Macadamia - dry roasted with salt
 g Coconut, dried, shredded - unsweetened

Directions:

  1. Mix cream cheese, Liquigen, KetoCal 4:1 powder, macadamia nuts.
  2. Add a few drops of liquid stevia and a pinch of cinnamon.
  3. Stir in shredded coconut.
  4. Divide into 5 portions.
  5. Refrigerate or freeze.
