Ingredients:
2 tsp. (10.7 g) Tomato paste - canned
0.5 tsp (2.5 g) Baking Powder - Calumet (Kraft)
1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. (25.4 g) Egg (raw, mixed well)
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. (6.7 g) Cheese, Parmesan, hard, shredded
1 Tbsp. (8.4 g) Olives, canned, black (small to extra large), sliced
1/3 cup (29 g) KetoCal® 3:1 powder
2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. (31.5 g) Oil, Olive
2 tsp. (10 mL) Water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 °F
Spray regular or mini muffin pan
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, except for cheese
Blend until smooth
Add a pinch of dried Italian seasoning garlic and onion powder
Divide between 2 muffin cavities or between mini muffin cavities
Bake: For regular muffin: 15-18 minutes; For mini muffin size: 8-12 minutes
Remove and allow to cool
