Description: Classic dessert adjusted for the ketogenic diet

Ingredients:
 g Apple, raw - without skin
 g Cream, 36%
 g Cinnamon, ground
 g Formula: KetoCal 4:1 powder - Nutricia
 g Almond Flour (whole ground blanched almonds)
 g Butter

Directions:

* Preheat oven to 350F * Chop or slice apple and place in bottom of ramekin or small baking dish. * Pour cream over apples. * Sprinkle with cinnamon. * Mix KetoCal 4:1 powder with Almond Flour and Butter until crumbly. * Place mixture on top of apple and bake in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes. * Remove and allow to cool
