Chef Rachel's Baked Tamale 3:1

Description: All in one fun way to serve Ketogenic tamales.  Calculate additional ingredient to fit favorite south of the border flavors.

Ingredients:
 g Formula: KetoCal powder 3:1 Nutricia NA
 g Oil, Olive
 g Group B Vegetable
 g Tomato paste - canned
 g Baking Powder - Calumet (Kraft)
 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
 g Cheese Sticks, Colby Jack - Sargentino
 g Picante Sauce - Pace
 g Chili Powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F

Spray regular or mini muffin pan.

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, except for cheese.

Blend until smooth.  Add a pinch of ground cumin and garlic salt,

Divide between 2 muffin cavities or between mini muffin cavities.

Bake: For regular muffin: 15-18 minutes

          For mini muffin size: 8-12 minutes

Remove and allow to cool.
