KetoCal® Cheese and Tomato Pizza (4:1)

Ingredients:
g Cheese, Kraft Cheddar (mild,medium,sharp)
g Formula: KetoCal 4:1 powder - Nutricia
g Oil, Olive
g Tomato Paste - Sun Dried - Amore (in a tube)
g Tomato paste - canned
g Garlic paste - Amore
g Egg (raw, mixed well)
ml Water
Directions:
Directions to make pizza crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Mix the KetoCal, olive oil, eggs and water together.
- Spread the mixture onto a lightly greased baking sheet or baking/parchment paper in a 6 inch circle
Directions for pizza topping:
- Chop the canned tomatoes into small pieces
- Place the remaining ingredients into a bowl and mix together
- Place the mixture on top of the base, and spread out evenly, leaving about an inch of space from the edges without topping
- Sprinkle with a pinch of Italian herbs, if desired
- Cook at 325°F for about 10 -20 minutes
