KetoCal® Chocolate Ice Cream (MAD)

Ingredients:
58g (2/3 cup) Ketocal 3:1 powder
10g (2 Tbsp.) cocoa powder, unsweetened
195g (¾ cup plus 1 tbsp.) water
95g (1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp.) whole milk
25g (1 tbsp. plus 2 tsp) light whipping cream
Carbohydrate-free sweetener
Directions:
- Mix ingredients and optional carb-free sweetener
- For best results, use an ice cream maker. Add ingredients and follow ice cream maker instructions.
- If you do not have an ice cream maker, mix ingredients together in a bowl, then place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Remove from the freezer and stir until smooth. Repeat the process 2 more times and then leave to freeze.
