Jen's Chicken Salad -Salad n

Ingredients:
 g Chicken, dark meat thigh - raw
 g Mayonnaise, Hellmann's/Best Foods
 g Spinach - raw
 g Lettuce, Iceburg
 g Cucumber, peeled - raw
 g Salad Dressing, Hidden Valley Ranch - Original
 g Nuts, Walnuts - English
 g Oil, Olive

Directions:

Mix the chicken (cooked) with mayo and serve on top of the bed of iceberg and spinach leaves as a salad with diced cucumbers.  Drizzle Ranch (Hidden Valley Original) and Olive Oil over top of salad.  Crumble the walnuts and sprinkle over the salad or eat along the side of the salad.
