Tofu & Veggie Bowl

Ingredients:
 g Tofu, Sprouted organic - Trader Joes
 g Broccoli, fresh then boiled, drained w/o salt
 g Zucchini, with skin - raw
 g Soy sauce, Kikkoman Naturally Brewed
 g Oil, Olive

Directions:

Heat olive oil in the pan, and add well drained tofu.  Cook until seared.
Add veggies that have been chopped into small pieces.  
Cook until warmed.
Add soy sauce and mix well, serve.
