KetoCal® Mushroom and Spinach Curry (MAD)

Ingredients:
16.5g 3 tbsp. Ketocal 3:1 powder
1g ½ tsp curry Powder
35g ½ cup mushrooms, white, raw, slices or pieces
12g 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp chopped Green peppers
20g 2/3 cup raw spinach leaves
6g 1 tbsp. spring onions or scallions, tops and bulbs, chopped
1.3g ¼ tsp tomato paste
31.6g 2 Tbsp. tomatoes, canned, diced
1.5g ¼ tsp garlic paste
4g 1 tsp olive oil
Directions:
- Heat the oil in a pan
- Add the mushrooms, pepper, spring onions, tomato paste, garlic paste and heat on a medium temperature for 5 minutes
- Add chopped tomatoes, curry powder, spinach and cook for a further 5 minutes on a low heat
- Mix the Ketocal powder into the curry and serve
