 g KetoCal Dough (User-Added*)
 g Beef, ground 85% lean - cooked
 g KetoU Sauce: Cilantro Chutney (User-Added*)
 g Curry powder


Make KetoCal Dough batch recipe (find recipe in MyKetoPlanner)• Weigh out ingredients.
• Mix beef with half of the cilantro chutney recipe (recipe can be found in MyKetoPlanner) and curry powder. Season with salt and pepper. 
• Divide dough into 2 portions.
• Roll each piece between sheets of parchment paper to a small circle (about 4”) 
• Divide the beef mixture between the dough pieces.
• Fold dough over the meat and chutney to create a semi-circle.
• Seal the edges by either folding over or pressing with the tines of a fork. 
• Bake in a preheated 350˚ F oven for 10-15 minutes until the dough is golden brown. 
• Allow to cool before serving.
Serve with remaining cilantro chutney as a dipping sauce.
Makes 2 samosas.
