KetoCal® Cheesy Tomato Wrap (MAD)

Ingredients:
22g ¼ cup Ketocal 3:1 powder
15.2g 1 Tbsp. eggs, raw, mixed well
1.5g ¼ tsp garlic paste
7.1g 1 tbsp. cheddar cheese, shredded
1.3g ¼ tsp sun-dried tomato paste
5ml 1 tsp water
1.3g ½ tsp all-purpose wheat flour
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 °F
- Mix together the Ketocal powder, flour, tomato paste, garlic, eggs and cheese
- Add water and mix into a smooth paste
- Either:
- Heat in a small frying pan and flip
- Place on a greased baking tray or on baking/parchment paper and cook at 375 °F for 10 minutes or until golden brown
