Chef Rachel's Turkey Patties

Ingredients:
 g Formula: KetoCal powder 3:1 Nutricia NA
 g Butter
 g Oil, Olive
 g Cream Cheese, Philadelphia Brand
 g Turkey breast - cooked
 g Onions - raw
 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
 g Almond Flour (whole ground blanched almonds)

Directions:


Melt butter and saute onions, until soft.
Mix butter, onion mixture into cream cheese and add turkey, season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sage. 
Refrigerate.
Shape into patties
Coat each patties with coconut flour
Dip into egg mixture, and then roll in almond meal
Heat oil and fry the turkey patties until brown on all sides.

Can serve with mayonnaise to increase ratio.
