Chef Rachel's Pizza Bites 3:1

Ingredients:
 g Basil, dried
 g Tomato paste - canned
 g Baking Powder - Calumet (Kraft)
 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
 g Cheese, Mozzarella, Part Skim
 g Formula: KetoCal powder 3:1 Nutricia NA
 g Oil, Olive

Directions:


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender,  food processor or bowl except for cheese.
  2. Blend until smooth.  Add a pinch of dried Italian seasoning and garlic salt,
  3. Heat non stick skillet.  drop batter by spoonfuls, brown on both sides.
  4. Pour any oil in pan over pizza bites.
  5. Serve calculated amount.
