KetoCal® Cream of Mushroom Soup (MAD)

Ingredients:
60ml ¼ cup Ketocal LQ Unflavored
1.5g ¼ tsp garlic paste
2g ½ tsp olive oil
70g 1 cup sliced Mushrooms, raw, white
18g 3 Tbsp. spring onions or scallions, bulbs and tops, chopped
60ml ¼ cup water
3g 1 ½ tsp bouillon powder, cube or granules
Optional: Poultry seasoning, to taste
Directions:
- Place the spring onions, mushroom, garlic and oil into a pan and sweat the vegetables on a low heat for 4 minutes
- Dissolve the stock cube in the hot water
- Add the stock to the vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes
- Add the Ketocal LQ to the soup and heat for 1 minute
- Blend using a blender until smooth
