Chef Rachel's Chicken Nuggets- MAD Recipe

 g Chicken, breast, no skin - cooked
 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
 g Oil, Olive
 g Formula: KetoCal powder 3:1 Nutricia NA
 g Mayonnaise, Hellmann's/Best Foods
 g Baking Powder - Calumet (Kraft)


1/8 tsp. (0.6 g) Baking Powder - Calumet (Kraft) 
4 Tbsp, (35 g) Chicken, breast, no skin - cooked 
2 ½ tsp. (12.6 g) Egg (raw, mixed well) 
2 tsp. (9 g) Oil, Olive 
2 Tbsp. (10.9) g KetoCal powder 3:1 
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. (18.4 g) Mayonnaise, Hellmann's/Best Foods

  1. Weigh and measure out all the ingredients.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.  Add salt, pepper and a pinch of garlic powder.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Heat skillet and spray with cooking spray, and drop batter into skillet and brown on both sides.
