Vanessa's Guacamole with Parmesan Crisps

 g Avocado, California or Mexico (Hass)
 g Lime juice - fresh
 g Oil, Olive
 g Cheese, Parmesan Grated (100%)


For the guac:
 1 avocado (Haas, California), without skin & seed (136 g)
 1 teaspoon lime juice (5 g)
 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (4 g)
 Salt& pepper to taste
 Mash avocado using a fork, add all ingredients and mix well. Serve!

For the cheese crisps:
 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (50 g)
 Preheat oven to 400 F
 In a lined baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone pat put 1.5 teaspoon size mounds of parmesan cheese about 1 inch apart and lightly pat down.
 Bakefor 3-5 minutes or until golden and crisp. Let cool.
 For a variety may add some cracked black pepper or cayenne pepper mixed into the grated parmesan cheese for extra kick!
