Stacey's Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner

Ingredients:
 g Cream, 36%
 g Cauliflower, cooked
 g Turkey breast - cooked
 g Sour Cream - cultured (not low-fat)
 g Butter

Directions:

Steam Cauliflower and mash like potato adding in butter, sour cream and some of cream. Remainder of cream can be seasoned and used as a gravy on Turkey.
