California Salad with Avocado & Bacon- 3:1

Ingredients:
 g Lettuce, Iceburg
 g Spinach - raw
 g Bacon, Nat. Hrdwood Smoked cooked crisp - Oscar Ma (User-Added*)
 g Avocado, California or Mexico (Hass)
 g Mayonnaise, Hellmann's/Best Foods
 g Oil, Olive

Directions:

1. Tear lettuce and spinach into small pieces. 2. Chop Avocado into small chunks and add to lettuce. 3. Crumble cooked bacon into small pieces and place over the avocado. 4. Mix mayonnaise and oil together and add spices like salt pepper and garlic and pour over the salad.
