KetoCal® Raspberry Smoothie (MAD)

Ingredients:
  100 mL Ketocal LQ (Vanilla or Unflavored)
  1/3 cup water
  ½ cup raspberries, raw
  Optional carbohydrate-free sweetener (recommended if using KetoCal LQ Unflavored)

Directions:

  1. Add the Ketocal LQ, strawberries, water, ice cubes and optional carb-free sweetener to a blender 
  2. Blend till smooth
